Billboard Fridays: Rich Homie Quan - Flex (Ooh Ooh Ooh)

Em primeiro lugar continua o Wiz Khalifa mas o destaque da semana vai pro Rich Homie Quan. O Rich Homie Quan é uma figura interessante pra caralho no rap, tendo primeiro estourado com Type Of Way, lançado algumas mixtapes, e depois tendo um segundo pico na sua carreira no ano passado através da ótima mixtape que ele lançou com o Young Thug e Birdman. Ele decidiu focar de novo na carreira solo dele e o primeiro som que ele fez com o qual o cara está obtendo sucesso é Flex. Eu já havia falado dela no começo do ano e é um som de trap que tem um bounce da Bay Area que ficou bem da hora. O som tem uma vibe feliz e dançante e tal e no geral é um som bem massa de ouvir. Ele foi produzido pelo DJ Spinz e Nitti Beatz e os dois fizeram um belo trabalho na beat, mas o destaque mesmo vai pra descontração do Quan. Enfim, o video é aquela parada de sempre, o Quan rodeado por umas minas gostosas e uns carros da hora. Pra ver, clique acima.

Wiz Khalifa is still on the top spot of the chart but this week's highlight goes to Rich Homie Quan with Flex. Quan has a very interesting rap career, first blowing up with Type Of Way and making some mixtapes of variable consistence. After that he made one of 2014's best albuns along with Young Thug and Birdman and after a break up from the other two rappers he is focusing on his solo career. His newest single is this one, which I first talked about in the blog back in January. The song has that trademark trap sound but with a little Bay Area bounce for better effect. The beat by DJ Spinz and Nitti Beatz is a great one but Quan is the one who really shines on this song, with a very elastic flow, sounding as if he was having the best of times while recording it. The video is that same old rap trope of a rapper singing surrounded by some cars and some hoes but you should still click above for the music.
