A Alife é uma loja em New York e sempre que elas convidam um convidado pra fazer um jam no espaco que eles tem no terreno da loja, sai algo quente. O John Mayer e o Just Blaze já fizeram um som lá juntos, o Drake foi após os seu Thank Me Later, Cypress Hill e vários outros já se apresentaram lá, e os ultimos a terem ido lá foi o pessoal da Maybach Music. No video dá pra ver o pessoal cantando Actin' Up e Stay Schemin' e trocando uma ideia geral sobre o album que eles estavam promovendo, o Self Made 2. Clique acima pra ver qual é.

Alife is a store in New York and when they decide to envite someone to present themselves on the outerspace they've got, it's fire. Esse ano o Stalley, um dos caras assinado com a MMG do Rick Ross, lançou uma ótima mixtape chamada Savage Journey To The American Dream. Esse é um dos melhores sons da mixtape, com o chefe da gravadora, e produção dos produtores que fizeram grande parte da mixtape, os Block Beattaz. Pra ver o video e ouvir o som é só clicar acima.

This year Stalley, one of the guys signed to Rick Ross' MMG, released a great mixtape called Savage Journey To The American Dream. Rick Ross, Gunplay, Stalley, Wale & Meek Mill feat. Kendrick Lamar - Power Circle

O video novo do MMG mais parece um curta-metragem com os melhores momentos da MaybachTV. O legal é que dá pra ter uma idéia do que é estar na pele de uns caras com sucesso e prestígio como esses rappers. Como já era de se esperar, o clipe mostra os caras rimando, uma tonelada de celebridades (Diddy, DJ Khaled, French Montana, Drake, Shaheem Reid, LeBron James, Sway, Dr. Dre, Usher, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Lyor Cohen e Omarion que eu consegui contar só da primeira vez que vi), jóias, grana, bebidas caras e uma frota de carros exóticos (Dodge Challenger, Mercedes-Benz S550, Lamborghini Murcielago, Rolls-Royce Ghost, Ferrari 458 Italia e Ferrari California que eu também consegui contar só na primeira vez). Pra quem curte é um prato cheio. O som estará no Self Made Vol. 2, pra ver o video é só clicar acima e pra saber mais da musica é só clicar aqui.

This new MMG video is more like a short film made from the best moments of MaybachTV. It's cool if you wanna check what's like to be in the shoes of some rappers with the prestige and success this guys have. As you would expect from a video like this, you'll se a ton of celebs ( Diddy, DJ Khaled, French Montana, Drake, Shaheem Reid, LeBron James, Sway, Dr. Dre, Usher, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Lyor Cohen and Omarion that I counted the first time I saw it), jewels, money, expensive bottles and enough whips to fill a car lot ( Dodge Challenger, Mercedes-Benz S550, Lamborghini Murcielago, Rolls-Royce Ghost, Ferrari 458 Italia and a  Ferrari California that I counted the first time I saw too). O Rick Ross e a sua gravadora (Maybach Music) está pra lançar a sua segunda compilação, com todos os artistas da gravadora. O album se chamará Self Made Vol. 2 e a musica abaixo é a que abrirá o album. Pra esse som o Rick Ross chamou os melhores rappers da gravadora e um ótimo rapper de fora dela, o Kendrick Lamar. O Rick Ross ultimamente estava fazendo muito sucesso com o seu som pós-BMF, bem pesado, e o pessoal da gravadora acompanhou, mas esse som soa muito mais parecido com o som que o Rick Ross fez no seu album Deeper Than Rap. Me agradam esses dois lados do Rick Ross, mas é bom ver ele e alguns ótimos rappers voltando a fazer esse som. Clique abaixo pra ouví-lo.

Rick Ross and his label (Maybach Music) is about to release their second compilation album with all the label's artists. It will be called Self Made Vol. 2 and this is the song that opens the album. For it, Rick Ross enlisted some of the label's best rappers and a great rapper outside of it, Kendrick Lamar. Rick Ross was making a lot of hits with his post-BMF sound, a sound that's pretty heavy, and most of his label followed him. This song is kinda different though, and it sounds mostly as the stuff he did on his great third album, Deeper Than Rap. Both of Ross' sides please me, but it's great to hear him and a bunch of nice rappers on that kind of sound. Click below to hear it.

Então, não é nenhuma novidade o pessoal da Maybach Music, gravadora do Rick Ross, colaborar entre si nos seus respectivos projetos, e esse é um som que o Rozay e o Meek Mill fizeram pra mixtape Savage Journey to the American Dream, do Stalley. Como era de se esperar, os 3 mandam muito bem, mas ainda acho que e o grande destaque vai pra batida, feita pelos Block Beattaz, produtores de Huntsville, AL, conhecidos pelo seu trabalho com o G-Side. All 3 of them do great verses on the song, as you would expect, but I think the greatest thing on this song is the beat by Block Beattaz, a duo of producers from Huntsville, AL, known for their work with G-Side.
