Não temos muitas mudanças no topo da lista dessa semana, com o Pitbull ainda liderando a parada de rap da Billboard com Timber. No entanto, mais embaixo e subindo temos umas musicas bem interessantes, como o destaque dessa semana. O Que é um rapper que apareceu meio do nada de Atlanta e agora tem um hit beem foda. Essa história me parece bem familiar, sendo bem semelhante à do Rich Homie Quan e à dos Migos no ano passado, à do KCamp e Young Thug já nesse ano, e a de vários outros em anos passado. O interessante é que quando algo assim acontece geralmente são com rappers de Atlanta, o que é um indicador de como a cena local deles apoia os rappers mais novos e dá chance de eles fazerem algo bem inovativo porém unico do próprio rapper. O Que apesar de fazer um som que cai como uma luva com os dos strip clubs de ATL tem uma flow e um jeito bem mais agressivo do que geralmente se espera dos rappers de lá. Assim como o Isaiah Rashad do post abaixo acho que ele tem uma influencia bem legal da No Limit no som dele, o que é bem legal. Fora isso não tenho muito mais o que dizer, eu particularmente só fui conhecê-lo ao ver essa musica (que aliás é produzida por um produtor que também se chama Bobby Johnson) na Billboard mas curti bastante. O clipe é bem clichêzão com o jeito de filmar que o Colin Tilley geralmente usa nos videos dele (apesar do diretor ser outro). Ainda assim a musica é bem legal e pra ouvir é só clicar abaixo. We ain't got much change on the top of Billboard's Rap Charts, with Pitbull still holding the top spot with Timber. There's a lot of new heat coming from below though and one of the hottest songs is this week's highlight. Que is a rapper that, at least to me, came a bit out of nowhere straight with a Billboard-worthy hit called OG Bobby Johnson. The story of this Atlanta rapper is pretty familiar for me though, being a lot like the story of Rich Homie Quan and Migos last year, KCamp and Young Thug this year and many other rappers on the years before that. That's kind of a testimony of how Atlanta is a great breeding ground for new rappers, showing support and giving them chance to show their star power. Que's song fits like a glove on ATL's strip club scene but his flow is a bit more raw and violent that the city's rappers usually have. Like Isaiah Rashad from the post below, you can see that he takes a bit of influence from No Limit too. Oh, it's kinda funny but this song was produced by a guy that's also called Bobby Johnson. Beside that there ain't much to say about him, I only found about his song when it first chartered and I think it's a pretty cool song. The video is kinda cliche, using the same video tricks Colin Tilley usually does (even though it wasn't produced by him). You can check it above along with this week's top 25.
