Billboard Fridays: Jay Z feat. Beyonce - Part II (On The Run)

O Pitbull continua em primeiro lugar mas o destaque da semana vai pra uma musica do Jay Z. Não, ela não é nova, é uma das que estava no Magna Carta Holy Grail que o Hov lançou na primeira metade de 2013, porém ela só foi alcançar alguma tração nas paradas de rap da Billboard em 2014 mesmo, provavelmente ajudado pela colaboração do casal em Drunk In Love. Essa musica foi produzida pelo Timbaland e pelo J-Roc e apesar da dupla (principalmente o Timbaland) ser bem talentosa e ter feito grandes musicas eu acho essa em especifico bem comum... O Jay Z também não manda nenhuma rima sensacional e na minha opinião quem mais brilha é a Beyonce, apesar de nem ela ter feito algo sensacional. Não sei, não é uma musica ruim, mas considerando os envolvidos eu espero muito mais. Ela não tem video ainda mas pra ver é só clicar acima.

Pitbull is still on the top spot of Billboard's Hot Rap Charts but this week's highlight goes out to Jay Z. No, he didn't do a new song, this one was released on Magna Carta Holy Grail, back on 2014's first semester. I think it only got any traction on this chart because the other song the couple did is really blowing up on the charts. This song was produced by Timbaland and J-Roc and even though the duo is really talented the beat is not the kind that moved me. Jay Z don't do anything special, making some plain rhymes for this song nad the one that shines the most over it is Beyoncé, even though not even she did that much of a great job. It's not a bad song, but considering the guys that did it I would always expect more of it. It ain't got a video yet but you can check it clicking above, along with this week's top 25.
