Billboard Fridays: Drake - Worst Behavior

E o Eminem segue mais uma semana na liderança com The Monster, no entanto o destaque da semana vai mais uma vez pro cara que mais apareceu na Billboard no ano passado, o Drake. A música da vez é Worst Behavior, que é diferente pra caralho pra um single de rap de um rapper tão popular e ao mesmo tempo se pá por isso ela é tão genial. A batida desse som foi feita pelo DJ Dahi e ela tem uma pegada fudida. Você pensa que o Drake provavelmente iria usar as suas rimas mais quentes pra fazer dessa musica a mais memorável possivel, mas não. O que a gente ouve é uma sequencia de adlibs, praticamente, com o Drake repetindo o quando os filhos da putas nunca amaram ele, perguntando se o filho da puta se lembra e dizendo que ele está com o seu pior comportamento. Finalmente quando chega o ultimo verso o Drake começa super bem, mas na real ele só tá rimando o primeiro verso de Mo Money Mo Problems do Biggie, que é rimado naquela musica pelo Ma$e. Enfim, parece que é uma confusão e é mesmo, mas tudo isso soa muito melhor ouvindo do que lendo. O clipe também é divertido pra caralho, com o pai do Drake mostrando todo o swag dele em Memphis e o Drake dando rolês por essa cidade com a raça dele, o Juicy J e o Project Pat. Enfim, puta musica, video e tudo mais. Pra ver é só clicar acima.

Eminem is still on the lead with The Monster, but this week's highlight goes to the man that appeared the most on Billboard last year, which is Drake. This time the song is Worst Behavior and it's one hell of a song, but it's not what you would expect from a rap single by someone like Drake. The beat that DJ Dahi did for that is a banger and you would expect Drake to get his best lyrics to match it, but not. What we get is a glorious sequence of ad-libs in which Drake explains how motherfuckers never loved him and that he is on his worst behavior. Finally the last verse appears and it's a pretty dope and traditional one, but Drake is actually paying tribute to Ma$e, which did this verse on Biggie's Mo Money Mo Problems. Anyway, it's pretty dope and it sounds way better than what I'm writing. The video is really funny too, showing the swag of Drake's father on his hometown of Memphis, while his sons parades through the city with Juicy J, Project Pat and his crew. It's all pretty much as good as it gets and you can check that along with this week's top 25 above.
