Billboard Fridays: Kevin Gates - Really Really

É galera, o Drake não larga mão do primeiro lugar da coluna de rap da Billboard mas o destaque da semana vai pra um novato nessa coluna, o Kevin Gates. Ele é um rapper de Baton Rouge, na Louisiana, de quem eu já falei aqui no blog a uma carinha atrás. É um rapper interessante pra cacete, tem a manha de fazer as rimas e tem uma intensidade na voz que você sente em todas as suas músicas. Ele está pra lançar Islah, um album novo, e esse som que o próprio Kevin Gates produziu é o primeiro single do album. Eu gostei bastante da música e o video é como a maioria dos videos do Kevin, basicamente com ele rimando, umas cenas no guetto, uns carros, biatches, mas o jeito que foi filmado faz com que ele seja bem massa. Drake still sits at the top of this week's ttop 25 Rap Songs but this week's highlight goes to a rapper I like a lot, Kevin Gates. He is a rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and I've talked about him before but it's the first time he appears on this column. He is a very interesting rapper, with great, very honest lyrics and some real intensity in his voice. He is about to release a new album called Islah and this song, produced by Kevin Gates, is it's first single and it's a pretty dope one. The video is just like most of Kevin's videos, with him in the hood with his homies, a few expensive whips, some bitches and such. It sounds cliche but the cinematography of the video is pretty cool so it look way cooler than it usually does. You can check it all clicking above.
