Temos um novo rapper na liderança do top 25 de rap da Billboard! O reinado feminino termina com a chegada do Bobby Shmurda com o seu hit Hot Nigga (Hot Boy na versão censurada) ao topo da parada. O destaque da semana no entanto vai ficar pra uma novata também, a Dej Loaf. Ela é uma rapper de Detroit que meio que do nada estourou com esse som que ela fez com um parceiro dela de Detroit, o produtor DDS. Enfim, mas tem uma razão pra isso. Ela manda uma flow meio cantadinha mas as paradas que ela fala e até o jeito que ela rima passam bastante daquela parada de tu ser novo e insensível à violência que o drill de Chicago passa. As letras e a flow dela são bem boas, mas a batida bem areada do DDS faz com que o clima não fique tão pesado quanto as dos caras de Chicago. Enfim, é um som bem massa que tem aquele video clássico com a tua raça, dando rolê na tua cidade e tal. Enfim, pra ouvir esse som, clique acima.

We've got a brand new rapper on the top of Billboard's Hot Rap Songs chart. The female reign ended temporarily with the coming of Bobby Shmurda and his hit single Hot Nigga (Hot Boy on the censored version). He better watch out for the newbie that is on this week's highlight though. DeJ Loaf is a female rapper from Detroit that, kinda like Bobby, came outta nowhere with this hit single, produced by her buddy DDS. Like Bobby though, it wasn't without a reason. He got a singy flow but her lyrics are on some straight dead-eyed Chicago drill shit. The cool airy beat helps turn down the menace of the song as a whole and tangles pretty well with Dej's flow, so the results are very cool but still accessible.
