Billboard Fridays: French Montana - Ain't Worried About Nothin

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis on the lead again blah blah blah... This week's highlight goes to French Montana though, with the third single from his debut album Excuse My French. The album ain't the best in the world but it ain't shitty either. Either way, it sold less than 50.000 copies in it's first week, so it can be considered a flop and kind of a loss to Bad Boy Records, the label owned by Diddy that signed French. The beat from this song was produced by Rico Love and Earl & E and at least that is doing kind of good on the charts. French's rhymes are pretty week on this song, but so is much of his catalog. He ain't aiming to be the most lyrical guy on the game though, focusing way more on his flow and punchline (like the great one "got two bad bitches with me, molly and Aquafina"), so if you like that you might like this song. The video is very cliché, with French posing like a badass with a crew of goons on a New York street, rolling around on his Lamborghini Murcielago and hanging with Diddy and Rick Ross.
